Product Overview

The Lightweight Foamed Full PU Track is engineered for projects where structural weight matters – rooftop running tracks, elevated sports decks, and buildings with load limitations. The micro‑foaming technology creates a pure PU elastic layer that is significantly less dense than standard solid PU, yet retains excellent tensile strength and tear resistance. A 13mm track weighs approximately 20% less per square metre, reducing dead load on supporting structures. The top layer uses virgin EPDM with 22% rubber content, offering a balance of weight savings and durability.

Ideal for rooftop school tracks, residential tower sports decks, lightweight prefabricated stadium modules, and any elevated sports facility.
