Product Overview
The Rapid‑Install Hard Acrylic Court uses a fast‑cure acrylic binder that reduces drying time per coat to 1 hour at 25°C (standard acrylics take 2–4 hours). A full 0.8–1.0 mm system (primer + 3–4 mid coats + top coat + texture) can be completed in 2–3 days by a 3‑person crew, including base preparation. The base can be recycled asphalt (RAP) or virgin – both work equally well as long as they are stable and cured. The court is ready for play 24 hours after the final top coat. This system is perfect for schools that need a court before term starts, or clubs hosting a tournament with a tight schedule.
