The HANDSOMER 2000 is our flagship heavy-duty tractor-towed beach cleaning attachment, exclusively matched with 90–120 horsepower tractors via quick hydraulic connectors. It has overall dimensions of 4720*2520*1910mm, a total weight of 2200kg and a packing volume of 26m³ for sea freight container shipment.
This top-tier beach cleaner features an ultra-wide 2000mm full working width, paired with hydraulically adjustable cleaning depth ranging from 0–250mm to dig out deeply buried impurities. Powered by a full hydraulic high-frequency vibration screening system with corrosion-resistant stainless steel mesh, it efficiently filters seaweed, stones, seashells, coral fragments, driftwood branches, plastic waste and all types of marine debris mixed in sand, delivering ultra-high working efficiency of 20000–23000 square meters per hour (efficiency varies slightly based on beach terrain and litter density).
It is equipped with a massive 1800L hydraulic self-dumping garbage hopper for centralized waste collection and automatic discharge. A standard baffle dust suppression system is pre-installed, and an optional water mist dust removal kit can be added to control flying sand during cleaning. The entire frame adopts galvanized treatment with seawater anti-corrosion paint, and large anti-sink traction tires ensure stable operation on soft, wet coastal sand all year round.

Before startup, check hydraulic oil level, pipeline tightness, stainless steel screen mesh integrity, garbage hopper cylinder seals and dust removal system; clear stuck seaweed, coral and stones from screen holes to avoid vibration overload.
Do not adjust cleaning depth over 250mm. Excessively deep digging will jam the screening mesh, overload hydraulic motors and sharply increase tractor fuel consumption.
Forbid operation on slopes steeper than 15 degrees to prevent machine tilting and garbage hopper tipping; avoid muddy sticky sand and ground piled with oversized sharp coral boulders that will tear the stainless steel screen.
Slow down tractor travel speed on beaches covered with thick seaweed or dense coral debris to guarantee thorough separation of impurities and prevent waste mixing back into clean sand.
After each working day, fully flush the screen, garbage hopper, tires and all hydraulic components with fresh clean water to wash away sea salt sediment and residual seaweed; dry all metal surfaces thoroughly to stop salt corrosion.
If idle for more than 7 consecutive days, coat the stainless steel screen with anti-rust oil; store the cleaner in a dry, ventilated warehouse, drain residual water from all hydraulic pipelines, and clean residual seaweed inside the hopper to avoid mildew.
Never overload the 1800L waste bin. Overflowing coral, stones and seaweed will block the vibration circulation system and accelerate wear of hydraulic pumps and vibrating rollers.
Replace hydraulic oil every 200 working hours, add lubricating grease to vibration roller bearings regularly to extend the overall service life of the screening system.
Keep all personnel far away from the front screening roller and hydraulic dumping hopper during machine running; lift/lower the screen depth slowly to avoid hard impact damage to the frame.
