Core Working Principle
Taking electric energy as the core heat source (AC/DC power supply optional), the furnace chamber heats industrial solid wastes (such as steel slag, fly ash, smelting sludge, and hazardous industrial residues) to 1400-1600℃. Through processes like melting, reduction, and impurity separation, harmful substances (e.g., heavy metals) are solidified or converted, while valuable components (such as iron, copper, and rare metals) are recovered, and the treated slag is transformed into reusable building materials or aggregates.
