It integrates the brush, motor, linkage, lift adjuster, and swing arm — ensuring structural rigidity, precise positioning, adjustability, impact resistance, and easy maintenance.
During sweeping, the brush disc rotates at high speed, contacts the ground under pressure, and endures road shocks. The connecting plate, made of high-strength steel, absorbs these impacts, protecting the motor bearings and brush disc. It also shields against sand, gravel, and debris, reducing wear on hinge points and the motor.
