FGI’s liquid-cooled industrial and commercial energy storage system offers a base capacity of 125kW/261kWh (0.5P). Designed with a modular architecture, the system allows flexible expansion based on project needs.

Up to 10 energy storage cabinets can be connected in parallel, supporting a total capacity range from 125kW to 1250kW and 261kWh to 2610kWh, meeting the requirements of energy storage projects at various scales.

II. Product Composition

The system integrates seven core subsystems, ensuring stable and reliable performance across diverse applications and environmental conditions:

  Responsible for energy storage and release, it enables battery data collection, status monitoring, and protection control.

• Energy Management System (EMS)
  Manages power dispatch strategies and performs real-time monitoring, control, and power flow regulation.

• Power Conversion System (PCS)
  Ensures bidirectional conversion between the battery's DC side and the grid's AC side.

• Fire Protection System
  Provides early detection, real-time alarms, and efficient fire suppression for enhanced safety.

• Temperature Control System
  Utilizes liquid cooling technology to precisely regulate battery temperature and improve thermal consistency.

IV. Safety-Oriented Internal Layout

To enhance safety, reduce misoperation risk, and improve long-term system reliability, the internal design separates the cabinet into independent electrical and battery compartments. These compartments are isolated using thermal insulation and flame-retardant materials, effectively minimizing fire hazards and lowering operating costs.

Maximizing Value with User-Side Energy Storage

The user-side energy storage system is designed to charge during off-peak or flat-rate electricity periods and discharge during peak demand times, enabling users to profit from electricity price differentials through peak shaving and valley filling.

This system also supports demand-side management, helping to reduce short-term peak loads and lower basic electricity charges. By supplying stored energy during high-load periods, it enhances power availability and enables flexible capacity expansion, ensuring stable operation even under fluctuating demand conditions.

Enhancing Charging Station Efficiency with PV-Storage-Charging Integration

Urban distribution networks are often under high pressure from short-term capacity expansion, leading to insufficient power supply in some areas. As a result, many charging stations are unable to operate at full capacity, limiting their revenue potential.

By integrating energy storage into photovoltaic (PV) storage and charging systems, surplus solar energy can be absorbed during periods of high PV generation or stored during low electricity price periods. The stored energy can then be discharged during peak consumption hours and high-price periods, helping to:
