Construction method

1.The preparation of grouting liquid: (according to the weight ratio of modified epoxy resin: curing agent=1:1), pour the curing agent into the modified epoxy resin, disperse and mix it evenly with manual or slow electric mixer, The stand-by time is about five minutes.

3. After about 72 hours of curing, the exposed grouting nozzle can be cut off and restored with cement mortar.
4. The prepared grouting solution should be used up all at once.
5. The construction temperature should be above 5 degrees, and the construction site should be ventilated.
6. The construction personnel must wear labor protection supplies and pay special attention to eye protection.
7. Pay close attention to the pressure gauge when grouting to avoid bursting of the grouting pipe due to excessive pressure.
8. After grouting, clean the pressure grouting machine and other construction tools with a cetone in time.
