The conical cylinder is formed by rolling sector-shaped steel plates using specialized rolling equipment. Throughout the forming process, precise alignment of the generatrix between the workpiece and the upper roll is maintained to ensure structural linearity. Laser cutting technology achieves exceptional precision for complex geometries, while welded joints undergo rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), including radiographic and ultrasonic methods, to validate internal integrity against engineering standards.

Transportation & Protection
