The heavy-duty chain plate feeder is a continuous conveying equipment widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. It’s deployed during material conveying, processing and storage.​The feeder features a chain plate conveying mechanism made of chains and wear-resistant steel plates. Using the thrust of power transmission, it conveys and processes materials along a preset route. It works by driving the chain plates to move along the guide rails via a driving device. Materials are evenly distributed on the chain plates and transported forward.
With high conveying capacity—ranging from dozens to hundreds of tons per hour—this feeder allows for adjustable conveying speed and direction. Engineered with materials selected for wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high tensile strength, it offers long service life and high reliability. This not only reduces downtime losses due to equipment failures but also significantly cuts down equipment replacement costs.
