Description

API 11B Spray-welded polished rod with corrosion protection function suitable for H2S well conditions


The Spray-welded polished rod are made of high-quality alloy steel, featuring high tensile strength, a smooth surface, and a long service life. All spray polishing bars are manufactured according to API Spec 11B.

This type of solished rod features extremely high tensile strength, long stoke length, and corrosion resistance. It is made of 20CrMo alloy steel. The rod undergoes heat treatment through quenching and tempering, and is then coated with a nickel-based alloy (Ni35) to enhance its corrosion and wear resistance.


Polished Rod Manufacturing Process:

The machining process of the spolished rod is as follows: the outer surface is polished, which is a grinding process using annular abrasive belts and specialized equipment; the threads are machined using a cold rolling process.
