Product Name: Simple Pressure resistant Casing Head
Product Overview: The simple pressure resistant casing head is a well completion wellhead device developed by our factory after many years of research and development. Its quality has been evaluated by the bureau to meet or exceed the level of similar products.
It has been widely used in deep wells of Zhongyuan Oilfield and is highly welcomed by drilling teams. The JGT-21C simple pressure resistant casing head has enabled our factory to successfully develop a well completion wellhead device based on the JGT-21B model, with more reliable sealing performance.

Execution standard: SY/T5127-2002 The structure mainly consists of sealing gaskets, plugs, bolts, tightening pressure plates, and the body. The body is composed of two parts, each with a testing pressure and cement extrusion channel. Specification of casing head: 244 × 140, 340 × 140, 340 × 244 series.
1. The main body is divided into two sections. The middle section is equipped with two rubber gaskets, and the lower section is equipped with two compressed pressure plates, which are tightened with eight screws to fill the 95/8 "casing annulus with the gaskets, ensuring long-term sealing effect and improving sealing life.
2. There are two plugs installed on both sides of the main body. Facilitating wellhead pressure testing, cement extrusion, and casing remediation work. If casing remediation is required, simply lift the 51/2 "casing by 8-10 cm, remove the casing head, test the pressure at the wellhead or inject cement. Simply remove the plug and install the corresponding injection pipeline (with a diameter of 58.5 × 11 threads/inch).

To complete with air or hydraulic safety valve at option
