Oilfield Double Plug Casing Cement Head
Casing Cement Heads release the casing plugs, this is used to provide a barrier between the fluids which are pumped into the casing,the cement slurry which via the manifold and plug valves is transferred from pumper truck through the pump line and into the cement head.
Oilfield Double Plug Casing Cement Head Features
- The cement top cover can be replaced with an interchangeable top drive cover for use with top drive rigs.
- The quick connector design allows for various types of bushing connection conversions (API or Premium) with replaceable bottom connectors.
- The lifting plug c/w and the swivel joint are used to carry and install the cement head,
- Casing Cement Head Adjusts the cement head to the pump line position without affecting the supply at the casing connection.
- Cement Heads can be reconfigured with a variety of plug lengths and styles of fittings.
- The plug chamber is designed for the casing plug to fall freely after the pin is retracted.
- Double plug casing cement heads support a full range of API casing sizes from 4 1/2" to 20".
