1. Product Description
 A cotton-rich stretch denim fabric blended with 96% cotton, 3.2% polyester and 0.8% spandex. With a weight range of 11.3 to 12.7 oz, this medium-heavy fabric delivers a classic denim hand feel with gentle stretch, balancing authentic rugged texture and daily wearing comfort. It features a standard 3/1Z right-hand twill weave and an extra wide width of 62-63 inches. Dyed with reactive dyeing technology, the fabric presents a pure, vibrant reactive blue shade with excellent color fastness. The small proportion of polyester enhances durability, while the 0.8% spandex adds moderate elasticity, making it suitable for everyday denim designs.

2. Product Usage
 Suitable for all kinds of daily denim garments, including regular and slim-fit jeans, casual denim jackets, denim shirts, casual shorts, comfortable skirts, and versatile everyday casual wear.

3. Advantages & Functions
 With 96% high cotton content as the main body, the fabric retains the natural breathability, moisture absorption and authentic textured hand feel of pure cotton denim. The addition of 3.2% polyester subtly improves fabric strength and abrasion resistance, extending garment service life without altering the core cotton denim texture.
 The 0.8% spandex provides controlled mild stretch, which effectively relieves the tightness of fitted styles during daily movements such as sitting, squatting and walking, while maintaining the crisp, structured silhouette of classic denim, avoiding sagging and deformation after long-term wear.
 Adopting reactive dyeing process, the reactive blue shade is bright and pure, with outstanding wash and rub color fastness. It stays vibrant even after repeated washing, with less fading and discoloration than ordinary dyed denim. The 62-63 inch extra wide width optimizes cutting layout, reduces material waste and improves production efficiency.

4. Usage Instructions & Notes
 Washing: Machine wash at 40°C. Turn inside out to protect the dye. Wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. Avoid high heat drying to maintain spandex elasticity.
