Instruction Manual

1. Pre-wash and pre-shrink the fabric before cutting to avoid finished product size deviations.

2. Use specialized denim needles and thread to prevent skipped stitches or needle breakage.

Precautions

1. Slight color differences may occur between batches. Please confirm lab dips/approved samples before mass production.

2. Pay attention to grain direction when cutting elastic fabrics to prevent garment distortion due to stretching.

3. Fabric contains spandex. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to prevent elastic fiber degradation.

Shipping / Delivery

1. Regular orders support domestic logistics, international sea freight, and air freight. Shipping methods can be arranged according to customer needs.

2. Standard fabric packaging is roll packing on pallets. Please specify in advance if special packaging is required.

3. Inspection photos/videos will be provided before shipment, and the order will be dispatched upon confirmation.

4. In case of force majeure (e.g., weather) causing delivery delays, customers will be informed immediately and solutions coordinated.

Payment Terms

1. Standard payment method: T/T, with 30% deposit + 70% balance against copy of B/L.

2. Other payment methods (e.g., L/C) can be discussed in advance.

3. Shipment will be arranged after the balance is settled. Proforma invoices can be issued.

Packaging

1. Standard packaging: Fabric rolled in rolls, inner moisture-proof PE bag, outer woven bag to prevent moisture and damage during transport.

2. Custom packaging is available upon request (e.g., specified cartons, shipping marks, labels).

3. Both neutral packaging and customer-branded packaging are acceptable. For branded packaging, please provide design files.

Returns, Exchanges & After-Sales

1. Please inspect the quantity, quality, and packaging within 7 working days of receipt. If there are any issues, provide photos/videos, and we will respond within 24 hours.

2. For returns/exchanges due to non-quality issues, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping and related costs.

3. For returns/exchanges due to fabric quality issues, we will bear the related shipping costs and provide solutions.

4. Cut or used fabric is not eligible for return or exchange. It is recommended to confirm samples before mass production.
