FEATURES:
Compatible with production utilizing 100% recycled materials. The entire production line integrates core units such as pre-crystallization and drying, specialized screw extrusion, rapid hydraulic screen changing, precision die heads, multi-stage oven stretching, shaping, embossing, and dual-station automatic winding. This enables fully automated, continuous, and high-speed production—from raw materials to finished strapping bands—and is managed by a PLC control system, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
