FEATURE DESCRIPTION OF PET STRAP MAKING MACHINE:
MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS:
  • The extruder of the equipment adopts a special screw for PET, with a unique parameter design. The screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, which ensures the uniform plasticization of the raw materials. It has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, and high wear resistance.
  • The three-dimensional folding ultra-large area filter device, the unfolded area of the filter is 30 times larger than the area of the traditional flat filter; the number of filtration meshes can reach 80 meshes, and the unique screen changing device greatly reduces the screen changing time and improves work efficiency.
  • The rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system is used to dry the raw materials. The dew point of -50℃ ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, and it also has a solid phase polycondensation and viscosity-increasing effect on the original.
PET STRAPPING PRODUCTION LINE PROCESS:
