• Main Body------ Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy or steel for durability and high strapping tension resistance
• Air Motor------ Core power source converting compressed air energy into mechanical energy to tighten PP and PET strapping straps
• Tensioning System------- Driven by air motor, tightens strapping straps at high speeds through gear or friction wheel mechanism

Secures joint through heat-melt friction bonding - the most common method using a friction plate to vibrate and rub overlapping strap sections at high speed, generating heat to melt surfaces, then applying rapid pressure and cooling to fuse them into a strong bond without metal fasteners

Function: Automatically cuts excess strapping ends after bonding

Purpose: Creates neat, aesthetically pleasing packaging while preventing excess strapping from scratching personnel or other goods

• Air Source Requirements------- Use dry, clean compressed air. Moisture and impurities can damage pneumatic motor and internal components. Install pneumatic triplex (filter, pressure regulator, lubricator) at air intake
• Air Pressure Adjustment-------- Strictly adjust operating air pressure according to machine nameplate or manual. Low pressure causes loose straps; excessive pressure increases component wear and potential damage
• Regular Maintenance--------Regularly lubricate moving parts, inspect condition of worn components (friction plates, cutters, gears) and replace promptly
• Safe Operation------- Keep body and hands away from moving parts (tension pulley, cutter) to prevent pinching. Wear necessary protective equipment including gloves and goggles
• Appropriate Strapping Strap--------- Use PP strapping tape of specifications and quality meeting machine requirements. Inferior tape compromises strapping and damages machine
