Robotic Palletizing PET Strap Winder with 80kg Capacity and Dual Servo Motor for Automatic Strap Winding
Polyester PET strapping winder/wrapper with maximum capacity of 80KG per coil, designed for friendly integration with automatic palletizing systems.
Overview
The CQA800F is suitable for one out of six or one out of eight PET strap production lines with robotic arm integration. This strap winder winds straps in parallel directly from the extruder. Systems operate independently once material is manually applied and can be integrated into fully automated production plants. It winds PET straps with widths ranging from 9~32mm depending on configuration.
When a winding package reaches the desired circumference, it is automatically wrapped with film by the integrated winder and transferred via the integrated transport system to the roller conveyor below. Simultaneously, a new winding tube is fed from the magazine, enabling fully automatic continuous operation. The compact design allows for use in confined spaces.

Operation Process: Finished products arrive at the conveyor belt positioning position, where the robotic arm grabs and places them onto the pallet. When one layer is complete, the robotic arm picks up cardboard for separation and repeats the process until the pallet is fully stacked.
