Production Overview
The CQA800F fully automatic PET strap winder supports direct parallel winding from the extruder, eliminating the need for accumulator stands. After cooling, the strap enters the winding station directly from the extruder exit, while the dancer constant tension system automatically compensates for minor speed fluctuations between extrusion and winding, ensuring smooth operation.
This design effectively shortens the total production line length, reduces strap exposure time, and lowers contamination and stretching risks. The machine can be integrated into a fully automated plant or run independently. After winding completes, it automatically wraps the package with film, flips it down to the roller conveyor below, and simultaneously feeds a new tube from the magazine - achieving continuous production.
