Production Description

This fully automatic PP strap winder achieves a complete automatic cycle including winding, strap cutting, head clamping, outer-layer film wrapping, 90° coil flipping, and conveying to the discharge belt. A servo motor drives the traverse, with strap width (5-19 mm) set on the touchscreen.

After winding completes, the machine automatically stops, changes the paper tube, cuts the strap, clamps the tail, wraps the outer layer with film, flips the finished coil 90° onto the conveyor belt, returns to origin, and starts the next cycle - all without manual intervention.

The winding shaft is driven by a servo gear motor, with speed regulated by the tension arm angle and tension adjustable via a spring screw, effectively reducing coil curvature deformation. Measurement modes include length (meter) and weight.
