PP Strapping Band Making Machine – No Deformation
Product Overview
This production line produces PP strapping with excellent dimensional stability - no deformation and no edge curling during long-term storage and use. This is achieved through the combination of multi-stage stretching and heat setting: first, 1.5-12x adjustable stretching for molecular orientation, followed by a 4.0-meter far-infrared oven (50-200°C adjustable, ±2°C control accuracy) for thorough heat setting to eliminate orientation-induced internal stress. Then, dual cooling tanks (3.5m+5.5m, water temperature 10-25°C adjustable) provide uniform cooling to further fix dimensions. The finished strapping remains straight and flat during storage, transport, and long-term use - no deformation, no warping.

Technical Q&A
Q: Why do straps deform?
A: Deformation results from internal stress generated during molecular orientation in stretching. If internal stress is not fully eliminated, the strap gradually releases stress during storage or use, causing curling, warping or twisting.
Q: How does heat setting eliminate internal stress?
A: The strap passes through a 4.0m far-infrared oven (50-200°C adjustable) under tension. Molecular chain segments gain enough energy to relax and re-crystallize, releasing orientation-induced internal stress. Uniform cooling then fixes the new structure - the strap no longer deforms.
Q: What value does deformation-free bring to end users?
A: Deformed straps jam in automatic strapping machines and add difficulty in manual strapping. Deformation-free straps stay straight and flat - they work smoothly whenever used, reducing waste and customer complaints.
