PET Strapping Band Production Line Overview

PET strapping band production line is fully PLC-controlled extrusion equipment to manufacture high-tensile PET plastic steel strap. It works with PET crushed material and recycled PET bottle flakes. The complete line covers feeding, crystallization drying, extrusion, melt filtration, cooling, stretching, embossing, heat setting and automatic winding. PET strap can replace steel strap for heavy pallet packaging. Multiple configurations (2/4 straps output) are available, compatible with hand tools, semi-auto and full-auto strapping machines.

  • Mixing material → pre-drying material → dehumidification material → filter material → extension → cooling → first stretching → second stretching → embossing → shaping → cooling → winding
