High efficient mercerizing with Washing range , Counter current type washing box​

APPLICATION:

It is applied to all of the cellulose fibers & their blenders or interwoven fabrics including yarn dyed, towel

home textile and denim fabrics.

fabric feed frame →18 pairs thick alkali chainless mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→12.5 pairs Weak alkali stabilize mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→【steam washing box(5/6) →2-bowl padder】X8→steam washing box(5/6)→2 bowl high-efficiency squeezer→2x10 drying cylinder (dia.:800mm)→Fabric outlet

Outside ball bearing, stainless steel mechanism sealing. The central distance between bottom and upper rollers is 950mm, equipped with direct heating pipe, thermometer and 2-side big glass window.
