Cold rolling process introduction

Cold rolling is a method in which a steel sheet is further thinned to a target thickness below a recrystallization temperature at room temperature. Compared with hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel is more accurate in thickness and has a smooth and beautiful surface.

Color coated steel coils introduction

Color coated steel coils are made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, electro-galvanized sheet, etc. as the substrate. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or more layers of organic coating are coated on the surface, and then cured by baking Into a product. Because it is coated with a variety of organic paints in different colors, the colored steel coil is named.

In addition to the zinc layer protection, the color-coated steel strip using hot-dip galvanized steel strip as the base material covers and protects the organic coating on the zinc layer to prevent the steel strip from rust. The service life is 1.5 times that of ordinary galvanized steel strip.
Color-coated steel coil has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed. The color is generally divided into gray, sea blue, and brick red.
