Product Introduction
This compact portable Bailey Bridge is standard bridge equipment that has been extensively adopted and is among the most popular bridge solutions worldwide.
Key Advantages
- Simple structure
- Convenient transport
- Speedy erection
- Easy disassembling
- Heavy loading capacity
- Great stability
- Long fatigue life
- Capable of alternative spans and loading capacities
Product Features
- High strength and significant stiffness, reducing beam height and self-weight compared to concrete bridges
- Steel isotropic properties provide uniform material quality and modulus of elasticity for predictable performance
- Factory manufacturing with on-site splicing enables short construction periods and seasonal independence
- Suitable for industrialized manufacturing and convenient transportation
- Easy to repair and replace with long lifetime and recyclable materials
Applications
Beam bridges, arch bridges, rigid frame bridges, cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, and passenger footbridges.
Bridge Configurations
Available as Temporary Bridges, Emergency Bridges, and Fixed Bridges. The equipment can erect suspension bridges of varied spans with few components, light weight, and low cost. No special tools or heavy equipment required for construction - bridge elements are small enough for manual transport while strong enough for heavy loads.
Technical Design
The compact 200 panel bridge features an increased panel height of 2.134m and employs alternating joints between Reinforcement Chords and panels to reduce inelastic deformation. Pre-arch method minimizes mid-span and vertical deflection. Bolt-connected components use orienting sleeve-fixing method for connection accuracy, with shear in orienting sleeves and tension in bolts to increase bolt life and ensure panel bridge safety. Composite wind resistant brace connects to transom/girders to improve overall stability.
