Automated Feeding System for Broiler

The broiler pan feeding system consists of drive system, feed hopper, feed transport auger, feed pan, suspension system, anti-perch system and feed level sensor. Its primary function is to transport feed from hopper to every feed pan, and to automatically control the on/off drive system, achieving full automation of the feeding process.

The tray is made of PP-polypropylene pure raw material, designed with 14 grid, 13 speed settings to meet different production quantities for chickens of various ages. Features smooth, V-type design with hanging fastening for convenient disassembly and cleaning. Each tray accommodates 0-55 adult chickens and can also be used for chicks feeding.
