- Primary Framing: Composed of steel beams, columns, and trusses made from section steel and steel plate, treated with rust removal and anti-rust processes including shot blasting, painting and galvanizing. Members are connected via welding, bolts or rivets.
- Secondary Framing: Connects the main frame and resists longitudinal loads (wind, earthquake). Includes steel purlins (1.8-3.0mm thickness, galvanized) and column bracing for structural stability.
- Cladding System: Steel sheet (galvanized or aluminium zinc with organic coating) or sandwich panels (EPS, fiberglass wool, rock wool, or PU core between steel sheets).

The packing method for main steel frame will use steel pallet, which can be better to protect steel frame and make the loading and unloading faster and more convenient since it could be taken as a whole. It could also save the quantity of shipping containers and cost of ocean freight.
