Product Details

Wear-resistant wear tuf 400 plate: average 400HBW, Brinell hardness. The microstructure of this wear-resistant steel is a martensite structure, which can ensure the high hardness and tensile hardness of the steel plate. The hardness of weartuf400 is 2.5 times that of S355 structural steel. High hardness and tensile strength make the imported Singapore wear-resistant plate weartuf400 have high wear resistance in rolling contact. Despite its high hardness and strength, weartuf400 can be formed by free bending or crimping, and it has good weldability. Because it can withstand the wear of rolling contact and higher surface pressure, the hardened steel can be used to greatly reduce the cost due to the wear and loss of structural components.
Weartuf400 size :
The available thickness of weartuf400 is 6.0-50.0mm. Depending on the thickness of the steel plate, the width can reach 3100mm and the length can reach 18000mm.
WearTuf400 hardness Surface hardness:
370-430HBW According to the standard EN ISO 6506-1, the Brinell hardness of the surface is tested after milling the surface of the steel plate to a depth of 0.5-2.0mm.
