Copper and Copper alloy Seamless Condenser Tube ASTM B111 C12200 99.9Cu H55 H80

C12200 Tube also known as **DHP (Deoxidized High Phosphorus) Copper. This alloy is widely used in plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and other industrial applications due to its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and soldering/brazing properties.
Properties:
- High corrosion resistance(suitable for water and refrigerant systems)
- Excellent thermal & electrical conductivity
- Easy to braze, solder, and weld
- Good ductility & formability
- Non-toxic & safe for potable water systems(commonly used in plumbing)
Standards & Tempers:
- ASTM B42, B68, B75, B88, B251, B819(depending on tube type)
- Available in hard-drawn (rigid) or annealed (soft) tempers
Comparison with Other Copper Alloys:
- C10200 (Oxygen-Free Copper): Higher purity, used in electrical applications.
- C12000 (Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper): Similar but with slightly different phosphorus content.
