Product Description
Tube bundle is the core heat exchange component of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, consisting of heat exchanger tubes fixed onto tube sheets. This structure adopts ASME SA213 TP316L (UNS S31603) austenitic stainless steel tubes and ASME SA350 LF2 CL1N low-temperature forged tube sheets. This material combination ensures stable service in media requiring excellent corrosion resistance and good low-temperature impact toughness down to -46°C.

- Corrosion resistance and weldability: TP316L contains 2.0-3.0% molybdenum, which provides excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.
- High operating temperature and pressure: SA213 TP316L operates from cryogenic temperatures up to +870°C.
- Low-temperature reliability: The baffle plate made of SA350 LF2 CL1N has passed Charpy impact tests at -46°C.
