ASME SB168 is the standard specification in ASME for "nickel-chromium-iron alloy plates, sheets, and strips," which can be used to manufacture pressure equipment requiring ASME certification, such as boilers, pressure vessels, and nuclear power plant components. UNS N06617 is the unified numbering system code for this alloy, which is most widely known internationally as Inconel 617 or Alloy 617.

N06617 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy that achieves its superior performance through solid solution strengthening. Its core advantages are:

1. Unparalleled high-temperature strength and creep resistance: This is the most prominent feature of N06617 nickel-based alloy plates. At temperatures up to 1100°C, N06617 plates exhibit exceptional creep and stress-fracture resistance, maintaining extremely high mechanical strength.
