This industrial heat exchanger is engineered as a Stabilizer Overhead Condenser specifically for Crude Distillation Units. The structural design integrates an ASME SA516 Gr.70 carbon steel shell with a high-performance tema heat exchanger core to execute thermal separation of volatile overhead fractions. The internal configuration utilizes a heavy-duty finned tube bundle consisting of 1100 Monel 400 corrosion-resistant tubes to handle sour gas and hydrocarbon vapors.
