Main Roll forming machine technique data

Cutting:

1 The cutter blade material: Cr12mov HRC58-62 degree

2 Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length

3 Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.

4 Material of blade: CR12with heat treatment

5 Length measuring: Automatic length measuring

6 Tolerance of length: 6m+/- 1.5mm

Servo feeding can accurately control the punching distance, controlled by PLC, feeding tolerance can be +-0.05mm, servo motor can control the speed, and can accept input signals, quick response, and good performance, touch screen can display speed, length and quantity, can be controlled by manual and automatic mode.
