Black Phosphate Drywall Screws, Bugle Head, Self-Tapping
Product Overview

Self-tapping drywall screws manufactured to EN 14566 and ASTM C1002, featuring a bugle head with Phillips (PH2) cross recess drive. These screws incorporate a sharp needle point that enables self-piercing into plasterboard and light-gauge steel framing without pre-drilling.

  • Material: Case-hardened carbon steel (AISI 1018 or equivalent)
  • Coating: Black phosphate coating for mild corrosion resistance
  • Thread Types: Coarse thread (timber framing) and fine 60° twin thread (metal studs)
  • Diameter Range: 3.5 mm to 4.8 mm
  • Length Range: 25 mm to 150 mm
