Features

1.The diameter of the plastic plate is more than 50 mm; the effective anchoring depth ranges from 20 mm to 25 mm (adjustable according to actual working conditions).

2.The tensile strength of each single anchor is greater than 0.30 kN (standard value). Tested in accordance with JG149-2003,

3.its tensile strength fully meets conventional working requirements.

4.In accordance with JG149-2003, the additional heat transfer increase from each anchor to the system is less than 0.004 W/m²·K.

5.The hardness, bending degree, galvanized coating thickness and firing performance of the drive pin comply with the standard GB/T18981-2003.

6.Suitable for the installation and fastening of various insulation boards (EPS board, XPS board, rock wool board, polyurethane board, phenolic board, foam cement board, etc.) on C15-C50 base materials


Performance Parameters

1.The nominal diameter of the disc for disc anchors shall not be less than 60 mm, with a tolerance of 1.0 mm.|
2.The nominal diameter of the expansion sleeve shall not be less than 8 mm, with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm.
3.Characteristic tensile bearing capacity of anchor bolt: fk ≥ 0.60
4.Characteristic pull-out strength of disc: frk ≥ 0.50

Installation

1.Insert the insulation drive pin into the muzzle of the fastening tool.

2.Fix the insulation drive pin vertically on the insulation layer.

3.Pull the trigger of the fastening tool.

4.Complete the operation to fix the insulation layer onto the base material.
