Cup Head Weld Pin is a weld style insulation fastener, made up of a roundwasher assembled with a pin, they are applied with a welding machine. After the insulation material is ready in place, weld the cup head weld pins directly through the insulation to the sheet metal, then the insulation work is finished, so the cup head weld pins is a labor-saving insulation fastener, it is widely accepted in insulation markets for use in industrial and commercial applications.

The Power Base Insulation Pin has the same steps as the Insulation Pin, it's only difference is that the special base is used to clear impurities in the weld zone such as primer, paint, rust, etc. It also eliminates grinding which saves valuable labor costs.
