Introduction to Spiral Thermal Insulation Anchor Bolts


This self-twisting spiral thermal insulation anchor is integrally injection-molded from modified nylon. No pre-drilling is required; it can be directly screwed into thermal insulation boards such as XPS extruded polystyrene boards, EPS expanded polystyrene foam boards and rock wool boards. The multi-layer spiral blades firmly engage with the foam substrate, and the large disc cap evenly distributes pressure to prevent sagging and damage of the insulation boards. Aging-resistant and corrosion-resistant, it is widely used in external wall thermal insulation systems, roof insulation, cold storage and ventilation duct insulation projects.
