On-site Installation Operation Steps

1. Site Preparation: Clean the installation site, level the ground (required flatness error ≤5mm), and lay gravel or concrete cushion (depending on usage needs);

2. Module Positioning: Transport the module to the designated position by crane or forklift, place it in the order of numbering, and adjust the level and verticality of the module;

3. Module Splicing: Firmly connect the frames of adjacent modules with bolts, and fill the gaps with sealant for anti-seepage treatment;

4. Pipeline Connection: Connect the water and electricity pipelines between each module, conduct pressure test and power-on commissioning to ensure the pipelines are unblocked and free of faults;

5. Finishing Treatment: Install exterior wall decorative panels and door and window glass, finish the indoor floor and walls, and clean the construction site;

6. Acceptance and Use: Conduct comprehensive acceptance against the installation drawings, and put it into use after passing the acceptance.
