76.2mm(3"), Large Solid Steel Balls For Big Bearing, Gcr15SiMn, G60 Or G100

Chrome (GCr15SiMn,100CrSiMn6-4,SUJ3) large solid steel balls is high carbon chromium bearing steel ball which is chromium 1.30 ~ 1.65% high-carbon alloy steel, which is feature by the microstructure is more uniform and stable after heat treatment, high hardness and uniformity, good wear resistance, high contact fatigue strength, good dimensional stability and corrosion resistance.

After annealing, its cutting performance is good. This steel can meet the requirements of the bearing under normal operating conditions.

High-carbon chromium bearing steel ball is widely used in the world, the most commonly used types are GCr15 and GCr15SiMn, the performance of the two kinds of steel is basically the same, but the quenching permeability of GCr15SiMn is better than GCr15, so for larger size bearing parts, should adopt GCr15SiMn steel, high-carbon chromium bearing steel ball is widely used in the ball and rolling bearing.

GCr15SiMn bearing steel is mainly used to manufacture thick wall bearings, such as large and extra large size bearings, deep groove ball bearing, wind turbine bearing and so on, used in heavy machinery and rolling mill machinery.
