Comprehensive Fire Safety Design

• Class A Fire Rating: Rock wool core material (100-120 kg/m³ density) is completely non-combustible with a melting point above 1000°C. Tested and certified to meet GB 8624 Class A and EN 13501-1 A1 fire classification standards.
• Fire Compartmentalization: Rock wool panels create effective fire barriers between warehouse zones, limiting fire spread and protecting adjacent storage areas. 75mm roof panels provide 120-minute fire integrity, while 50mm wall panels deliver 60-minute fire resistance.
• Integrated Safety Systems: Roof structure pre-engineered to support automatic sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and fire alarm wiring conduits. Roof purlin design includes hanging point reinforcement for sprinkler pipe support.
