Lifting Loop for Precast Concrete

The Wire Rope Lifting System is an economical lifting loop for utility type structures. It is used in either face or edge lifts applications and is ‘mucked’ into the surface of the concrete. The galvanized wire rope is formed in a figure-8 shape, with the ends of the rope secured by a positive swaged clamp, and a steel band at approximately the midpoint to establish the proper shape. The Wire Rope Lifting System is embedded 2/3 of its length into the concrete. The hardware must be standard hook or clevis with a diameter at least twice the rope diameter. Each anchor has a color-coded tag which identifies the SWL (safe working load) in tension of the anchor.

1.Application: For which application the steel wire rope will be used.
2.Size: Diameter of the steel wire rope in milimeter or inches.
3.Construction: Number of strands, number of wires per strand and type of strand construction.
4.Type of Core: Steel Wire Rope have Fiber core(FC), independent wire rope core(IWRC) or independent wire strand core(IWSC).
5.Lay: Right regular lay,left regular lay,right lang lay,left lang lay.
6.Fabrication: Preformed or not.
7.Material: Bright(ungalvanized),galvanized or stainess steel
8.Grade of wire: Tensile strength of wires
9.Breaking Load: Minum or calculated breaking load in tones or pounds.
10.Length: Length of wire rope.
11.Packing: In coils wrapped with oil paper and hessian(orp.p)cloth, or on wooden reels.
12.Quantity: By number of coils or reels,by length or weight
13.Specification: Any recognized specification, if necessary.
