Egg Collection

Elevator System
The elevator transfers eggs onto the elevator chain in a set pattern.This is to ensure that no eggs are trans-ferred onto already occupied steps.
If a barn houses birds of different age groups, the elevators can also be used to collect eggs per row or per flock. In order to match the conveying capacity and the laying performance, we recommend separately actuating egg belts and elevator chains.
With the elevator, dosing wheels transport the eggs onto the elevator chain, from where they are moved down-wards to the lower sliding grille.
Chain Feeding System
• Chain feeding is characterized by fast feeding, low noise and stable operation.
• The feeding is evenly distributed and the old feed will be renovated.
• Each layer of feeding line operates independently, not affected the chicken feeding during the operation.
• The feeding line includes safety pins, and the motor is overloaded and cut to protect the motor.
• Stable and reliable operation and low maintenance requirements.
• Scraper feeding, no lubrication and maintenance, high cost-effective.
• Drive at the corner position, with greater torque, and stronger feeding capacity, faster speed .
• The chain has moderate hardness, high tensile strength, large bearing tension, not easy to deform and low elongation. 110 spring feeding line, 2 motor driven, with transit box as standard.
• The corner structure is optimized, and the new corner structure is simpler, which can prevent blocking, overowing and holding of the feed.
Drinking System Introduction
•By changing the direction of the handle of the ball value, realizing the normal water supply, irrigation, adding three functions.
• The front end component, is an important link in the drinking water system, such as pressure control, water control, ushing, dosing etc, should be adjusted in strict accordance with the instructions for using.
• The ushing has unique design, ensures the ushing when sufcient water.
Advantage of the System

Package & Loading
All components are packed in bundles and secured with steel straps.
The main frame is packed in a container or shipped as a single package.
Wall and roof panels are packed separately to avoid damage during shipping.
All necessary fittings and accessories are included in the package.
Factory
