Product Overview
The industrial waste heat power generation turbine generator system achieves efficient cascade recovery of heat sources in a wide temperature range of 300-780 ℃ through a multi-stage axial flow steam turbine architecture. The isentropic efficiency of the system has exceeded 84%, reaching the international advanced level.
Core technologies include nickel-based superalloys single crystal blades and magnetic levitation bearings with dry gas sealing technology, significantly reducing flow losses and mechanical friction. The system achieves near adiabatic expansion in high temperature range (>500 ℃), coupled with adjustable guide vanes (IGV) and multi model predictive control (MPC) algorithm, dynamically responding to heat source fluctuations (± 40%), ensuring stable operation in the low load (30%) to full load (110%) range.
System Integration & Applications
The system integrates a cascade utilization mode of high-temperature steam turbine + medium low temperature ORC collaborative power generation. For example, using sintering flue gas (400-600 ℃) from the steel industry to drive the main steam turbine for power generation, and using waste heat to drive the ORC unit to recover 200-300 ℃ flue gas, with a comprehensive thermoelectric conversion efficiency increased to over 35%.
More than 400 units of this type have been deployed and applied in scenarios such as cement kilns, glass furnaces, and steelmaking converters. The single unit power covers 5-20MW, with a continuous operating cycle of over 8000 hours. Multiple steel and chemical enterprises have achieved annual savings of over 100,000 tons of standard coal and carbon reduction of over 250,000 tons through this technology, driving the transformation of industrial power systems from "energy consuming units" to "energy assets".
