Reaction Steam Turbine Series
The entire series of reaction steam turbines utilize alloy steel rotors, delivering continuous safe operation for over 8000 hours with exceptional reliability and performance.
Technical Specifications
Our reactive steam turbines feature high chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy steel rotors (Cr-Mo-V series: 0.20-0.30% C, 0.80-1.5% Cr, 0.80-1.5% Mo, 0.50-0.90% V) manufactured through integral forging or welding processes. These rotors achieve yield strength ≥ 700 MPa and creep fracture strength exceeding 100 MPa at 600°C, fully compliant with ASME PTC 6 and GB/T 11345 standards for high-temperature, high-pressure applications.
Advanced three-dimensional aerodynamic flow design, honeycomb sealing technology, and wear-resistant coatings significantly reduce steam leakage losses. The optimized stress distribution of welded rotor structures effectively suppresses thermal fatigue crack initiation, ensuring long-term operational integrity.
Proven in ultra-supercritical thermal power (including 660MW units from Harbin Electric Power) and nuclear power projects, these rotors have achieved engineering verification for continuous maintenance-free operation spanning 8000-12000 hours. Integrated online vibration monitoring and life prediction systems guarantee stable performance in demanding high-temperature, high-humidity environments.
