The wire diameter is 0.9mm, 0.95mm which requires the insulation plate to be strong enough,
Your 3D print insulation plate is fragile,
and we will find a solulation for bridge wire to go out to fixture, In this case the bridge wire will be long,
In normal condidtion, lnsulation plate with Nylon material thickness more than 2mm is strong enough for the thick wire about 1mm,

1. Check if the pressure is there at outlet location (exit for the water, red marked)
2. If there is no pressure at outlet location, then check if there is something blocked at inlet location
3. Please check if the sissor(cutter) can work or not,
