- Chemical Composition - Strictly controlled magnesium (Mg) and silicon (Si) content, low impurity elements (Fe, Cu, Mn ≤ 0.35%), uniform internal grain structure, no pores, slag inclusions or internal cracks, ensuring consistent mechanical performance batch by batch.
- Temper Options - Mainly T5 (air-cooled after extrusion + artificial aging) and T6 (solution heat treatment + artificial aging), customizable according to machinery use requirements. T5 temper offers moderate strength and good dimensional stability; T6 temper provides higher hardness and tensile strength for heavy-load mechanical parts.
- Raw Material Advantage - Adopts high-purity primary aluminum ingot (aluminum content ≥ 99.7%), instead of recycled aluminum, ensuring better corrosion resistance, longer service life and more stable processing performance.
