1. Base Material (Core Advantages of 316L)
  • Standard Grade: AISI 316L / GB 022Cr17Ni12Mo2
  • Key Composition:
    • C ≤ 0.03% (ultra-low carbon, prevents intergranular corrosion after welding)
    • Cr 16.0–18.0% (basic rust resistance)
    • Ni 10.0–14.0% (stabilizes austenite structure and improves toughness)
    • Mo 2.0–3.0% (resists chloride ion corrosion, pitting corrosion and seawater corrosion, far better than 304)
  • Core Properties:
    • Excellent corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, salt spray, acid, alkali and chemical media, suitable for coastal, high-humidity and polluted environments
    • Good weldability: low-carbon design, no rust or intergranular corrosion after welding
    • Stable mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥ 485MPa, elongation ≥ 40%, maintains toughness from -196℃ to 600℃
    • Hygienic & non-toxic: meets food and medical grade standards, easy to clean, no harmful substances
2. Coloring Process (PVD Vacuum Ion Plating)
  • Adopts advanced PVD Physical Vapor Deposition process
  • Forms a dense nano-scale metal film under high vacuum, with strong adhesion, wear resistance and fade resistance
  • Eco-friendly, no VOC emissions, high temperature resistance (200–300℃)
  • Retains full corrosion resistance of 316L with bright metallic luster
