There are various types of titanium alloy bars. Due to differences in composition, each type has distinct performance and application scenarios. The core types and their characteristics are as follows:
TA1, TA2, TA3: All are commercial pure titanium alloys (without alloying elements such as aluminum (Al) and vanadium (V)), featuring excellent weldability, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. They are widely used in aerospace, medical, chemical and other fields.
TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V): A high-strength titanium alloy with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance, commonly used in high-end scenarios such as aero-engine components and aerospace structural parts.
TB6 (Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al): An ultra-high strength β titanium alloy with outstanding strength performance, suitable for high-load structural parts such as main load-bearing bolts that require extremely high strength.
TA7ELI (Ti-5Al-2.5Sn): A low-temperature resistant titanium alloy that can adapt to extreme low-temperature environments, suitable for low-temperature working conditions such as liquid hydrogen fuel tank brackets.
TA15, TA24, TA22: Focus on weldability and high-temperature stability, specifically used in high-temperature and welding working scenarios such as engine casing welding structures.
