TA2 titanium alloy tube is an industrial pure titanium product with titanium content ≥99.2%, strictly complying with international and domestic standards. Compared with TA1, it has higher strength while retaining the inherent advantages of pure titanium such as lightweight, corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility and excellent processability. It is available in seamless and welded types, with customizable specifications to meet the diverse needs of different industrial scenarios. 1. Chemical Composition (wt. %)

The chemical composition of TA2 titanium alloy tube is strictly controlled to ensure product stability and performance. The specific components meet GB/T 3622-2007, ASTM B338 and other standards, with the following details:

1. Production Process

TA2 titanium alloy tube adopts advanced production technology, focusing on solving problems such as difficult low-temperature piercing and titanium adhesion during processing, ensuring product quality and yield. The specific process is as follows:

Seamless Tube Production Process

High-purity Titanium Sponge → Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) → Titanium Ingot Heating (820-870℃) → Skew Rolling Piercing → Vacuum Annealing (550-680℃) → Straightening → Pickling (HF+HNO₃ mixed acid) → Cold Rolling → Degreasing → Secondary Vacuum Annealing → Straightening → Pickling → Finishing → Non-Destructive Testing → Packaging.

Welded Tube Production Process

TA2 Titanium Strip/Plate → Pickling Cleaning → Roll Forming → TIG Welding (Argon Protection) → Weld Annealing → Sizing → Finishing → Non-Destructive Testing → Packaging.
