AISI 321 2B Finish Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Coil

Our AISI 321 2B Finish Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Coil is the material of choice for chemical processing, heat exchanger, and elevated-temperature applications where intergranular corrosion resistance after welding is critical. Titanium stabilization eliminates chromium carbide precipitation in the 425-815°C range.

  • Titanium Stabilized 321 Grade: Five times carbon minimum titanium content prevents sensitization during welding and high-temperature service, eliminating post-weld heat treatment requirements.
  • Superior Creep Resistance: Excellent creep and stress rupture properties at elevated temperatures up to 815°C, outperforming standard 304 in sustained high-temperature service.
  • 2B Surface Finish: Uniform matte surface ideal for heat exchanger plate pressing, pressure vessel forming, and chemical equipment fabrication requiring consistent surface quality.
  • Full Mill Certification: Every coil supplied with EN 10204 3.1 MTC including chemical analysis, tensile properties, and intergranular corrosion test results per ASTM A262 Practice E.
