Stainless steel welded pipe is made of stainless steel strip or sheet crimped by welding process. Welding process
The main welding process of stainless steel welded pipe includes:

TIG welding (Tungsten inert gas welding) :

Welding is performed using tungsten electrodes and inert gases such as argon.

Suitable for thin-wall pipe and high-precision welding, with high weld quality and smooth surface.

Plasma welding:

The use of plasma arc welding, energy concentration, welding speed.

Suitable for thick wall pipe and high strength requirements.

Laser welding:

Laser beam welding, high precision, small heat affected zone.

Suitable for high precision, high quality welding requirements.

High Frequency Welding (HFW) :

Welding edges are heated by high frequency current, suitable for mass production.

Low cost, high efficiency, but the weld quality is slightly lower than TIG welding.

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) :

It is suitable for the production of thick wall pipe and large diameter pipe, and the welding efficiency is high.
